Job Context
SK Soft Solutions Inc. is hiring a smart, and energetic Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The candidate must be capable of managing field-based sales executives effectively, ensuring that monthly targets are achieved and exceeded. The role involves actively participating in sales while guiding and supervising the sales team to promote and sell our digital products such as POS software, websites, ERP systems, and IT solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Monthly Sales Target: - Must individually sell a minimum of 3 to 5 POS or ERP software or other digital solutions.
- Ensure that each team member achieves their own monthly target.
- Provide support, motivation, and leadership to sales executives.
- Monitor and manage team performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
Team Leadership: - Lead a team of field sales executives across malls, marketplaces, and commercial zones.
- Provide training, guidance, and supervision to team members.
- Arrange regular meetings to track progress and improve sales performance.
- Ensure proper customer communication, documentation, and follow-up by team members.
Sales Activity: - Visit markets, shops, showrooms, and other potential client zones.
- Identify and approach new clients for digital solutions.
- Explain features, pricing, and benefits professionally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for future business and referrals.
- Coordinate with technical and support departments for smooth service delivery.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CSE, BBA, or any information & technology related field. Candidates with a background in CSE will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in this field.
- Strong knowledge in Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Software Sales & Marketing, Market Research.
- Proven experience in Software Sales, POS marketing, ERP marketing, or team leadership roles.
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years.
- Must have leadership qualities and team management skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and support the team on the field.
- Strong communication and negotiation ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented mindset.
- Better understanding of ERP, POS systems, websites, mobile apps, and ERP software is a plus.
- Skills Required: IT & Software Marketing Marketing, Pharmaceutical/ Medical Marketing, POS Software, Sales & Marketing.
